With BaseSys GMS, you can isolate registered players by machine, so you know who is playing what machine, where they are on your floor, and so on; allowing you to identify, target and deliver superior service to your most valuable customers.

Real-Time Data

Delivering 1,000 times faster data transfer speeds than the RS485 protocol, BaseSys GMS shows what is happening on your gaming floor in less than one minute. This enables management to both minimize the downside risks associated with gaming floors, and more importantly to identify which customer segments are on the gaming floor, where they are, what they are doing, etc.

Accounting and Reporting
Adding and updating machines on your floor, checking the daily result and counts, verifying that all counts are accurate… these are some of the primary tasks that BaseSys GMS was developed to perform day in, day out. Machines can be configured by groupings that include: Manufacturer, Denom, and Location.
