Gaming Support is a preeminent provider of hi-tech solutions for the global casino industry. Its commercial operations include delivering technical support for slot machines and peripheral equipment in casinos. The company also develops its own products to sell into the global casino industry. These proprietary products include digital signage, casino signs, jackpot controllers, accounting systems and BonusBox®. Customers include City of Dreams (Macau), Harrah’s and Holland Casino.
We are seeking an experienced full-time:
Account Manager
to join our North American sales team. The successful candidate must be a pro-active, dynamic Account Manager with proven sales experience in a B2B environment.
He or she must present themselves in a professional manner and be well-spoken, outgoing and personable. The right person will be well organized and focused on goals.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong commercial relationships with existing customers and seek new prospects and business opportunities
- Manage and maintain customer contacts and sales files
- Achieve set targets, goals and ambitious growth objectives
- Provide exceptional customer care, follow-through on sales orders and post sales follow-up.
Requirements:
- 3-to-5 years technical sales experience in a B2B environment with proven sales results and track record
- Professional attitude: dynamic, self-motivated, positive, dependable
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with computers and MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Strong business integrity and work ethic
- Must pass gaming regulatory background and licensing investigations
- Must be willing to travel as required
- Must possess a valid driver's license and passport for international travel
- Must have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and be team oriented.
Beneficial Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of present-day gaming devices and how they work is an asset
- Fluent in other languages is a plus.
