Maintenance
Bottom line…equipment malfunctions cost you time and money. That’s why Gaming Support has created its full-service Preventative and Curative maintenance programs. In exchange for a modest subscription fee, our technicians service your equipment monthly, cleaning, testing and calibrating everything from bill acceptors to card shufflers. Additionally, as part of our Curative plan, our staff remains on-call 24x7, providing you with around-the-clock protection against extended equipment downtime.

Logistics
Gaming Support Logistics is an ISO 9001-certified special operations group that handles a wide variety of service requests—display refurbishment, equipment storage and rotation, even the certified demolition of obsolete machines. Through the use of InfraHelp™—our state-of-the-art service management system—clients are also provided with web-based access to our dispatch infrastructure, where they can schedule service requests, submit feedback and obtain real-time updates of active projects.
