History

Gaming Support was founded in 2000 following the acquisition of Otimex B.V. by Lucien van Linden, Gaming Support’s CEO. In addition to assuming Otimex’s role as the exclusive slot-side service provider for Holland Casino, Gaming Support expanded aggressively, extending its service offerings throughout Europe and establishing a world-class portfolio of proprietary products.

In 2002, Holland Casino acquired a 40% equity stake in Gaming Support, providing the company with supplementary capital resources and additional managerial expertise. Most importantly, this provides Gaming Support with a live, multi-site operational test bed for development of leading-edge gaming products.

Since 2000, Gaming Support has grown into a diversified, ISO-9001 certified organization with product and service offerings that have been embraced by operators and manufacturers throughout the globe. With service engagements throughout Eastern and Western Europe and product placements throughout Africa, Australia, Europe and North and South America, the Gaming Support brand has emerged rapidly as a symbol of unrivalled innovation, performance and reliability.
